Itinerary
Welcome & Intention Setting (9:00 AM - 9:30 AM)
Arrive at the peaceful retreat location. Welcome circle and introduction. Set personal intentions for the session. Gentle warm-up and centering exercises.
Gentle Yoga Flow (9:30 AM - 10:45 AM)
Guided yoga practice suitable for all levels. Focus on gentle movements, stretching, and mindful breathing. Modifications provided for different abilities. Emphasis on connecting body, breath, and mind.
Breathing & Meditation Practice (10:45 AM - 11:30 AM)
Learn and practice pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm the nervous system. Guided meditation session for deep relaxation and inner peace. Techniques for stress reduction and mindfulness.
Restorative Practice & Reflection (11:30 AM - 12:00 PM)
Gentle restorative yoga poses with props for deep relaxation. Time for journaling and reflection. Healthy refreshments and herbal tea. Closing circle and sharing insights.
